What if I have a problem after I received my order?

If a problem arises after you have received your diamond order, the best approach is to call the store where you purchased your diamond directly.

Here are some helpful steps when trying to contact the store:

1.  Order Number--please have your order number handy before you call the store, this will speed up the process.

2.  Receipt--Please retain all receipts as they may been needed for any returns/exchanges with the store.

3.  Please state your problem as clearly as possible, if you have a digital camera handy, you might want to snap some pictures of the diamonds that have the problem.

Some of them may request that you send a digital copy of the picture of the diamond so that can see where the problem lies, then determining the best course of action that is appropriate for you.

Contacting the store where you purchased your diamond from is the best approach to solving your problem.

If the problem is minor, for instance, if you need to resize the ring or the prong, you can go to any locan jeweler and have them fixed for a little fee.

However if the problem is involving something major, like for instance, chips in the diamond or the wrong diamond stone, you have to contact the store directly.

No local jeweler will want to help you if the the problem itself is involving the diamond stone itself.
