How do I check the store reputation? |
Most reputable store is listed on www.BBB.com. You can go to www.BBB.com and enter the company's name you wish to check and it will display the results. These results will detail the any complaints registered under such company, and any resolutions offered by the company, if any.
BBB is the authority which grades businesses that are within their members.
The grades are based on customers' satifacation or dissatisfaction.
There are sites such as www.PriceComparison.com that lets consumers rate diamond stores online based on their performance, customer service, prices etc.
You can check them out to see which is the best store out there. Please remember, these reviews are of actual reviews expressed by previous customers that have purchased diamonds from the respective stores. By no means that the reviews are altered. So you can rest assured that the reviews are authentic and unique.
